Shipping Policy

Pull Paint Wear is happy to offer FREE flat rate shipping to anywhere in the U.S.

  • We currently ship to anywhere in the U.S. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and want our products, let us know! Shoot us an email at info@pullpaintwear.com. We love hearing from you and are very open to expanding our shipping regions as the demand arises.
  • How long your order takes depends on production/fulfillment and shipping time. Due to each of our items being printed on-demand and/or custom/handmade, we usually allow 5-10 days for production time. Production time varies in accordance with the specific items in your order. Once production on your order is completed, the average shipping time is 4-5 business days depending on the delivery destination. We promise our items are worth the wait! Once your order ships, you will receive a notification and tracking information. These timelines are averages and items sometimes arrive much quicker. However, there are times when there are delays with production or shipping. In these instances, we do our best to notify customers.
  • You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, reach out at info@pullpaintwear.com.  
  • Orders containing multiple items could arrive in more than one package. This depends on which items you ordered and which one of our facilities fulfills those specifics items. It's possible your complete order will arrive together, but also equally possible your items will arrive separately. Either way, you'll be provided tracking information once your order ships!
  • If you enter the wrong address, we can update your mailing address if your order hasn't shipped yet.  Email us at info@pullpaintwear.com ASAP.  Be sure to include your order number and the correct shipping address. However, once your order has shipped, we can't make changes to your mailing address and you'll have to reach out to the carrier directly.
  • If you think your package is lost in transit, reach out to us immediately at info@pullpaintwear.com. We will confirm that you entered the correct shipping address. If the address was correct we recommend reaching out to your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbors and ask if they might have seen your package. If the address you entered was incorrect, there's a chance it will be sent back to us. We'll contact you for an updated address when we receive the return package and reship it to you. However, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs  Unfortunately, if we don't receive the return package we cannot replace your item, since you entered the wrong address. If it's determined your packing is actually lost in transit, due to no fault of your own, we will send you a replacement item.  
  • If the shipment’s tracking states it was delivered, but you haven't received it, we recommend you reach out to the carrier to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover refunds or replacements due to carrier errors.
