shipping policy

Pull Paint Wear is happy to offer free flat rate shipping to anywhere in the U.S.

We currently ship to anywhere in the U.S. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and want our products, let us know! Shoot us an email at info@pullpaintwear.com. We love hearing from you and are very open to expanding our shipping regions as the demand arises.

How long your order takes depends on production and shipping time. Due to each of our items being printed on-demand and/or custom/hand-made, we usually allow 5-10 days for production time. Production time varies in accordance with the specific items in your order. Once your order is completed, the average shipping time is 4-5 business days depending on the delivery destination. We promise our items are worth the wait! Once your order ships you will receive a notification and tracking information. These timelines are averages and items often arrive much quicker!

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in the U.S. and Mexico!

It depends on which items you ordered and which one of our facilities fulfills those specifics items. So, it's possible your complete order will arrive together, but also equally possible your items will arrive separately. Either way you'll be provided tracking information once your order ships!

If it appears your item is lost in transit notify us immediately at info@pullpaintwear.com. Once it's determined your item is indeed lost in transit, and if it's due to no fault of your own, we will happily send you a replacement item. See our shipping policy for more details!

Sometimes packages can be left in unexpected locations. In this case, we recommend you inquire with the carrier for any additional details. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a replacement in instances of carrier error.

returns and exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

In the rare instance that you receive a defective item, please contact us within a week of receiving your order at info@pullpaintwear.com, with your order number and photos of the damaged product. Once we review the photos, we'll gladly send a replacement to you at no additional cost.

All of our items are made custom and on-demand and many are also precision-cut and hand-sewn. This means we don't keep stock of our items. When you place an order that item gets made for you! You're a unique piece of art and we think your clothing should be too! But with that comes the inability to restock our items. That's why we encourage you to browse our site and take your time exploring our vibrant patterns. We promise you won't be disappointed once decide to purchase a Pull Paint Wear garment.

Sure, on the surface that seems like a lot. But we don't view our sweatshirts as just sweatshirts, or our leggings as any other pair of basic leggings. We view them as unique pieces of art you can only buy from us. When you order a Pull Paint Wear garment, you're wearing a pattern that can never be recreated. The truth is they're so original even we, the artists, couldn't recreate the same exact pattern twice! Each pattern is a special moment of serendipity. That's the magic of Pull Paint Wear.

All our pull patterns and clothing designs are created in our Los Angeles studio. We use production facilities located in the U.S. and Mexico to make each item.

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can certainly update your mailing address. Email us at info@pullpaintwear.com ASAP. Be sure to include your order number and the correct shipping address. However, once your order has shipped, we can't make changes to your mailing address and you'll have to reach out to USPS directly.

The bad news, no. Since all of our items are made on demand or hand hand-sewn, we can't cancel orders. The good news is we think any buyer's remorse will be eliminated once you receive your made to order item!

We think so! But it is important to note that the size guides listed are for general reference. However, since each "full pull" all-over-print garment is handmade, slight variations in size are possible and normal. Though it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled.
