No Refund/Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Why? All of our items are made custom and on-demand and many are also precision-cut and hand-sewn. This means we don't keep stock of our items. When you place an order that item gets made for you! You're a unique piece of art and we think your clothing should be too! But with that comes the inability to restock our items. That's why we encourage you to browse our site and take your time exploring our vibrant patterns. We promise you won't be disappointed once you decide to purchase a Pull Paint Wear garment.
- Items sent back to us without prior correspondence won't be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the rare instance that you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@pullpaintwear.com within a week of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the damaged product. Once we review the photos, we'll gladly send a replacement to you at no additional cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Size Issues
- It is important to note that the size guides listed are for general reference. However, since each "full pull" all-over-print garment is handmade, slight variations in size are possible and normal. Though it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know at info@pullpaintwear.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a replacement item.
